Beef Chili Recipes

Most chili recipes in america are made with Beef. Thats because beef is so prevelent in the United States. Beef chili recipes don't have to be bad for you either, you just need to buy the lean ground beef or buy a lean cut of meet and grind it up yourself. I tend up just cut up beef into small 1/4 inch cubes and cook it that way. The cubes hold thier shape and give your beef chili recipe some texture. It also has less fat than ground beef. Chili recipes in other parts of the world tend to use what ever meat is the most availabe.
