Healthy Chili

Who says you can’t eat what you like and still be healthy. Chili is just one of those food items that can tasty like it should and still be healthy. Just a few simple steps and you have a chili recipe that even your doctor will rave about.

Steps to healthy chili:
Lean Meat; look when you start lean you will end up lean so buy lean beef with out all that fat on it. You can also use ground Turkey or Chicken.
If you add a broth use the no fat broth and save yourself about 300 calories a bowl.
There is going to be some fat after it cooks so skim it off the top.
Refrigerate the chili and the fat will come to the top and harden. This makes it real easy to take it out.

    How much easier can it be.  So next time someone as you how you are loosing all that weight tell them you are on the chili diet.
