Low Carb Chili Recipes

  1. 1 16 ounce can of crushed tomatos
  2. 2 lbs ground Turkey
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 1 teaspoon cumin
  5. 1 onion, chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  7. 2 cloves garlic, choped
  8. 1 teaspoons salt
  9. 2 tablespoons chili powder
  10. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  11. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  12. 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  13. 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  14. 2 bay leaves
  15. 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
The directions for this is real simple: Brown the turkey and drain the fat off, what little there. Then put every thing into a pot and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat down and cook at a low simmer for about 3 hours. The only carbs that you get out of this comes mainly from the tomato paste.
