- 1 16 ounce can of crushed tomatos
- 2 lbs ground Turkey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, choped
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
The directions for this is real simple:
Brown the turkey and drain the fat off, what little there. Then put every thing into a pot and bring to
a boil. Then turn the heat down and cook at a low simmer for about 3 hours.
The only carbs that you get out of this comes mainly from the tomato paste.
